Sausages
All pork is sold by weight. At present we have priced our sales at
£6 per kilo. Please remember that all our animals are pedigree
rare breeds, additive free, and live completely free range.
A half pig is £90 which includes all the joints, chops and offal listed
below. However you are welcome to select individual items to make
up a basket of any combination of chops, joints or sausages to you own
requirements.
The sausages are made using natural skins, the whole pig is used meaning
that the good quality meat is also used, they are not fatty. The
sausages are free from any milk or egg products, however they are not
gluten free.
